Nina Patterson Nina worked for 22 years as the Deputy Clerk of the District Court before coming on board as City Clerk in January, 2004. The City Clerk is appointed by the Mayor on a yearly basis and serves as the official record-keeper for the City, making sure all Council minutes, resolutions, contracts, agreements and ordinances are organized, filed and accessible to the public. Nina also serves as the City's Risk Manager and Elections Officer and is the person to see with questions about city insurance issues or voting in a City election. She also maintains the records of the Mountain View Cemetery, including selling of cemetery lots. |

Paula Szafranski
Paula joined City Hall in June, 2004 and worked her way up to City Treasurer by filling nearly every job at City Hall. The City Treasurer is appointed by the Mayor on a yearly basis. As the City's Finance and Budget Director, Paula maintains the City's financial records and assists the Mayor and Council in preparation of the annual City budget. She'll be glad to respond to any questions regarding property taxes, revenue sources, department expenses, capital improvements, impact fees, etc.

Tiffany Belt Tiffany began her work with the City in June, 2004 at the Recreation Department. She became a member of the City Hall team, making the switch in April, 2010 starting as a Customer Service Specialist and quickly moving her way up to Deputy City Clerk. She serves as the back-up to the City Clerk as well as handling everything to do with the City’s monthly payroll, processing about 100 salaries per month, including processing leave requests, and preparing quarterly and year end reports. She is the expert on employee benefits, and answers all questions the employees might have. She also backs up the utility billing department when needed. |

Daniel Mercado Daniel has been with the City since July, 2009. He began working in Utility Billing and quickly added to the talent of the team. If your business provides a service or product to the city and you've got a question about payment, Daniel is the person to contact. Processing 400 to 600 bills per month, he asks the same questions any taxpayer might, making sure the expenses are in the budget, authorized and paid on tme. He also answers the phone and assists with utility billing when needed. |

Chris Schetzle Chris began working for the City in June, 2007 at the City Library and made the decision to join the City Hall team in June, 2008 starting as the Administrative Assistant then moving to customer service in 2010. Chris is a calm, helpful responder to customer questions and complaints. She handles utility billing and payments for over 4000 households, greets customers and answers the phone. Chris is also our in-house expert on processing credit cards and on-line payments. |

Kristina Bradshaw Email: kbradshaw@mountain-home.us Kristina began her work with the City in April, 2010 as the Administrative Assistant to the Mayor and quickly moved up to Customer Service Specialist. She handles utility billing and payments with a smile and is always willing to help with customer questions and complaints. In addition to greeting customers, she answers the phone and produces daily and monthly utility reports. Kristina is our in-house expert on any questions you might have with your water usage. |

Sue Monasterio Administrative Assistant Sue is the newest member of the City Hall team, coming on board with the City in August, 2010. She answers all calls, routes the mail, greets customers and maintains the Mayor’s daily calendar (which isn’t always easy). She also types letters, memos and all council minutes, logging, filing and scanning all resolutions, minutes and ordinances. Call Sue whenever you would like to schedule a visit with the Mayor. |
