Simply click the links to the left for those documents. Please note that the Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month for approval of these applications. - Water Availability Fee = $2450 per EDU (Equivalent Dwelling Unit)
- Sewer Availability Fee = $4200 per EDU (Equivalent Dwelling Unit)
- 1” Water Meter = $486.18
- Water Right Fee = $2000 per acre (and any portion thereof)
- Comprehensive Plan Amendment = $600
- Zoning Ordinance Amendment = $525
- Annex and Zone = $500

- Conditional Use Permit = $100

All potential fees have been included to give you a clear picture of the cost of your residential or commercial development. Official costs will be calculated by the Development Services office and will need to be paid at the time of permit issuance. Please note that the impact fee worksheet will need to be calculated before proceeding to the permit calculators. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Development Services directly.
